Following on from Wirral’s SEND Inspection by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission, the local area needed to produce a written statement of action to address highlighted areas of significant weakness. The Written Statement of Action was co-produced by a range of stakeholders from the Local Authority, Health, Education, Parent/Carers, Young People, Youth services, Early Years, Social Care and our Third Sector organisations.
