For children and young people ages 4-15 years.
It really is all about facilitating high energy and fun multisports participation for children to boost their physical and mental health whilst dusting off the lockdown cobwebs…in a safe and clean environment.
Siblings and Bubbles:
Having spoken to various professional bodies, I’m confirming bubbles will be organised by age but should we receive a positive Covid-19 case, both siblings bubbles will be required to self isolate for 14 days, even if already tested positive to Covid-19. A refund for all full days missed in this context will be issued. All designated areas and equipment used by those bubbles will be professionally disinfected (they will be cleaned regularly anyway) and booking will open to those in reserve.
Additionally, parents/carers can request that their child siblings are grouped together (email [email protected] or text: 07557053602) but parents/carers understand: 1) that this will be decided on a case-by-case basis as too big an age gap could pose other safeguarding issues around physicality and participation .. and .. 2) that this could impact on their child(ren)’s experience to negative effect.
I certainly reiterate that all aspects of safety will be at the forefront of our decisions and delivery. By doing so we feel we can ensure the best, most fun experience in the safest way possible.
Securing Drop Off:
Drop-off and bubble allocation are different.
During your booking process, you will be asked to order your drop off in preference order (1 being most preferable). You may find this has an auto answer of the word ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in the box. Please delete this and replace with 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 time order – available drop off times are 8:30, 8:40, 8:50, 9:00 & 9:10. There are 15 places per time slot. If your first preference you will be given your next available preference. You will receive a text confirming you time.
You must adhere to your allotted time and may NOT arrive at an earlier slot. This will cause crowding and increase risk. Children will not be permitted to enter before their allotted time.
Reserve List:
If you attempt to book and find we are full you can try another day and/or request your child(ren) be added to a reserve list for the days you’d prefer.
To do this you must email [email protected] or text 07557053602 stating Child’s Name, Age and Days Required. Children will be added to a reserve list for that day and should places become available the reserve list parents will be contacted and offer places in the first come first served order of the reserve list. If the place is no longer required by the next reserved parents, it will be offered to the next parent…and so on and so forth.
Notice to a reserved parent may vary from day(s) before the applicable day, to on the same day, depending on notice of cancellation. This process will begin immediately after confirmation of cancellation is received.
Don’t forget, the booking system goes live from 6pm tonight.

Places are reduced and capped at 75 children per day – this is legislative and no exception can be made. Should you miss your required space, your only option would be to request a place on the reserve list as instructed above.
We are requesting contactless payment – cash payment only to be made in exceptional circumstances and by calling us to confirm.
*IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFO: The system will generate and send/display a ‘Pay Now by Card/Online’ message. Please be aware, this payment option takes payment through a card payment platform and incurs a 4% booking fee. For payments free of fees, you can ignore the automated response and pay securely by BACS Online Banking to: Daniel Holder / 40-10-00 / 81055089. You will receive booking confirmation either payment method used.
