MHST Christmas Neurodevelopmental Resources for Young People and Families
MHST have Christmas resources for young people with ADHD and ASD, and Christmas colouring sheets, including mindfulness advent activities and Christmas letters.

Holiday Activity Fund- Christmas Activities for Children and Young People
Edsential’ s Holiday Activity Fund (HAF) provide enriching activities, delicious nutritious meals, and a chance for young people to meet new friends in a safe & fun environment during the school holidays.

Action for Children- Online Parent/Carer Support
Action for Children offer free advice for parents / carers of children aged 0-19 in the UK. They also support up to age 25 where a child has special educational needs.
The site includes articles that offer parenting tips on several topics. There is also a free and confidential live chat feature where parents / carers can speak to a parenting coach.

Mentell- Mental Health Support for Men
Mentell provides free support for men aged 18+ to talk (or just listen) in a safe and confidential space. Support groups are available both online and face-to-face.
Mentell host Zoom sessions each Wednesday at 1-pm where they provide clarity on what a Mentell circle is, where the idea started, why circles are only for Men and the principles that hold them together.
