Primarily young people, but with no age limits and open to all ages

Supporting young people and young adults ages 15-30.

We provide free, immediate creative therapeutic support through our mentor-led CBT programme, ‘Bazaar’, in relation to feeling down, stressed, anxious or experiencing panic attacks. We also work within the world of the arts, music and creativity to tackle myths, stigmas and taboos around these issues through our work at the Bloom Building whilst at the same time providing unique and innovative volunteering experience and training opportunities.

The centre operates on a membership basis and booking an initial appointment in advance is required in order to access the service.
